Requirement - 450
The position calls for highly motivated candidates who can generate prospects , setup meetings with them, make presentations and close the deal.
He should be able to identify new business opportunities , customers and market. He would be responsible for keeping track of sales and gathering customer satisfaction surveys. The position is Target Oriented. The candidate must have pleasing personality and good communication skill. He should be willing to travel and possess his own local conveyance.
Salary – 1.8 L – 2.4 L per annum.

TEAM LEADER /ASST. MANAGER

Requirement – 30
The Sales Team Leader / Asst. Manager is a highly focused position to ensure a top quality service. He will lead by example with personal sales revenues, besides managing a team of successful sales executives. This is a dual role consisting of the two major responsibilities of Sales Revenue & Team Management. Prior experience of Corporate selling and HNI selling will be an added advantage.
Salary – 3.0 L – 3.6 L per annum.

Requirement - 3
The candidate should be minimum graduate, preferably an MBA with 3-5 yrs of senior managerial experience. The candidate should ensure that the company policies, products and plans are communicated and implemented well within the team. He should establish long term working and harmonic relationship with associates like big corporate , leasing houses etc and motivate them to lease out company projects on priority basis. Handling Publicity & Advertising with regular follow up with concerned agencies along with planning & executing all Sales & Marketing activities for the company projects are also of prime importance.

F&B SERVICES :
F&B MANAGER
  • Lead the F&B team effectively to achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability
  • Effective utilization of all resources.
  • Continuously delight the customer by offering trend setting and innovative products and services.
Desired candidate profile:
Should have experience to Plan, Forecast and Budget the revenues and cost for the Food & Beverage department.
  • Must have relevant experience in Star Hotels or good restaurants.
  • Should have documentation to prove the education/ experience.
 
ASSISTANT MANAGER - FOOD & BEVERAGE
The candidate will be responsible to assist the efficient running of the department in line with R K Group's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager – F&B is responsible to assist the F&B Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the organisation's operating concept and world-class standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Desired candidate profile:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree, diploma or apprenticeship in Hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards

F&B PRODUCTION :
CHEF DE CUISINE (BANQUETS/INDIAN/ORIENTAL/CONTINENTAL)
To manage the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
Qualification
Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred
 
EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
To function as the Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department.
To ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the organisation, and that they are individually profitable.
Qualification
  • Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine in larger operation.
  • Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
 
SR. SOUS CHEF
To assist in the improvisation of method of Production & presentation techniques
To ensure that standard recipes of product preparation and quality are adhered to on a consistent basis
Develop and maintain a well motivated team and recognizes any lack of team spirit and ensures the appropriate remedial action is taken
To be involved personally in producing food & supervising his/her colleagues as well to contribute to the financial performance of the kitchen in respect of achieving labour, food cost and operating expense targets, controlling costs and maximizing revenues in line with these targets by proper portion control & preventing wastages
To assist the Executive Sous Chef in making and adhering to the SOP of the department
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in purchasing foods and stock control to minimize wastage
Organize effectively and efficiently the sections in the kitchen and according to the standard Purchase Specifications set down by the Executive Sous Chef
Assist in departmental training sessions and the training of new starters and Commis Chefs
Ensure the kitchen is maintained in a clean, safe and hygienic state
Qualification

Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent from recognized Institute with a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience

Thorough knowledge of different cuisines, cooking styles, hygiene & safety standards
To be able to work on the range & produce food each day personally through peak hours

SOUS CHEF - BAKERY
The candidate should have prior experience in Hotel or Restaurant & Specialisation in Bakery and confectionery. preferable only for backery and confectionary specialized person.

Implementation of HACCP.
Checking the Quality of Raw Materials and Finished Products
Controlling the Food Cost.

HOUSEKEEPING :
MANAGER HOUSEKEEPING
The candidate will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with R K Group's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Manager - Housekeeping is responsible in managing the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department, including the training and supervision of attendants and team leaders.
 
SUPERVISOR HOUSEKEEPING
The candidate will have to ensure that all bedrooms and public rooms are serviced and cleaned daily. To ensure that VIP rooms receive the designated extras. To ensure an adequate supply of clean linen in a good state of repair. To ensure that rooms are checked regularly for repairs and refurbishing, and that appropriate maintenance is effected. To liaise with General Manager and notify areas needing attention, in respect of decor. To draw up duty rosters and ensure that manning levels are correct, to agreed standards, and are not exceeded without permission. To ensure that regular fire and evacuation drills are held.
To ensure effective communications through attending meetings and imparting information at regularly held staff meetings with assistant housekeepers.
 
FRONT OFFICE :
FRONT OFFICE MANAGERS/ ASST MANAGERS
The candidate should have good social and interpersonal skills. Responsible for the Management of the front desk. In charge of all front desk operations. Should have the ability to handle many tasks at the same time along with the ability to work well under pressure. Candidate with prior experience in Hospitality will be given preference.
 
LOBBY MANAGERS
The candidate will have to motivate & develop the team to ensure smooth functioning and promote teamwork. Achieve guest satisfaction & organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources. Monitoring and supervising service flow in the assigned outlet. Candidate with prior experience in Hospitality will be given preference.
 
RECEPTIONISTS
  • Candidates with 0 - 3 yrs of experience can apply for the job
